Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of concrete construction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee concrete construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation using tools like Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with foundations, heavy civil, cast-in-place, flatwork, and structural concrete is a plus.
  • Familiarity with commercial, industrial, and municipal construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
