- Lead and supervise labor crew and subcontractors on commercial concrete construction projects
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion
- Coordinate daily scheduling of work activities and crew assignments
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards on the construction site
- Supervise and assess subcontractor performance against project timelines and quality targets
- Keep daily records of project progress and updates for project manager and stakeholders
- Ensure all subcontractors have the necessary permits and documentation
- Report any safety issues or project delays promptly to the project manager
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Leverage at least 5 years of concrete construction field experience and leadership skills to drive project success
