1st shift: 6AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 4PM - 12.30AM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $16/hr

About the Role:
Are you ready to jumpstart your career? As a Configuration Associate at , you will be a vital part of our client's operation. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

**Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
**Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
**Ensures conformance to specified tolerances.
**May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
**Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

**Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**A team player with a keen eye for detail.
**Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
**Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
**Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
**High school diploma or GED required.
**Little to no experience necessary—we provide training!
