Configuration Manager – Fluent in German and English.Purpose of Role: Ensures structured management of all project documentation, configuration items, and change processes to maintain compliance with company standards and project requirements. Supports technical and contractual alignment with customers, partners, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities: Evaluate contract-specific knowledge management needs and define project-specific requirements.KM Manual & Documentation: Create and maintain the project-specific manual/plan and Configuration Identification Document Baselines & Change Management: Define and maintain baselines; lead change management processes, including schedule and formal process adherence.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor project-internal adherence to processes.Interface Coordination: Coordinate interfaces with customers, partners, and suppliers.Document System Management: Create, maintain, and monitor filing structures within the document system.Configuration Status Accounting (CSA): Track configuration items and changes, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.Requirements:Assertiveness and ability to lead heterogeneous teams across the company.Analytical skills to identify deviations from target processes and implement corrective actions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.High level of commitment and responsibility.Good technical understanding and risk management knowledge.Fluent in German and English.Experience in configuration management or a similar technical/project environment.Office/Location: Kiel – compulsory presence at least 50% of the time (100% for new employees until independent work is established).
