The Role:

OWL Services is ready to add a Construction Administrator to our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, self starter who can work independently as well as in a fast- paced environment. The Construction Administrator will be tasked to assist the Construction Manager in leading, managing and coordinating the construction and installation of petroleum equipment. This position will be onsite 5 days/week out of our branch in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Documentation Management: Preparing, filing, and organizing project documents, including contracts, submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and daily construction reports.
  • Financial Administration: Reviewing invoices, managing subcontractor payments, processing monthly draws, and tracking budgets.
  • Project Scheduling & Planning: Coordinating schedules, tracking project milestones, and assisting with pre-construction activities such as assembling bid packages.
  • Communication & Coordination: Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes.

Requirements:
