Construction Controller

We are partnering with a construction company in the Burlington/Woburn, MA area who is looking to add a Controller to their team. This role will oversee all accounting and finance operations, lead the accounting team, and partner with executive leadership to drive financial performance and support continued business growth. This position is fully onsite. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and finance operations for the company Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Oversee project accounting, job costing, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies Supervise and mentor the accounting team Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior Controller or accounting leadership experience required Construction industry experience required Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel CPA preferred but not required Compensation: $175K-$200K depending on experience Reach out here and/or email your resume to for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
