Title: Commercial Construction Estimator
Location: Chandler, AZ
We are a premier GC in the valley that specializes in commercial retail construction
Job Functions:
- Oversee all aspects of estimating department
- Estimate cost of materials
- Strong understanding of Material Takeoffs (MTO)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Estimating required
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to meet strict deadlines as well as be able to track multiple projects at a time
- Must be able to perform digital take offs
- Generous PTO
