Job Description

A South Florida–based general contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction market. Headquartered in the Palm Beach County area, the firm specializes in Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Mid- to High-Rise Commercial, Educational, Hospitality, and Public Sector projects exceeding (Mid to large scale projects $10-$100M)


Your New Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and comprehensive estimates throughout all phases of project design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to plan project cost factors
  • Reviewing construction documents, specifications, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
  • Participating in negotiations and client presentations
  • Managing all CSI divisions


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience estimating projects for a general contractor, or strong related construction experience
  • 5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Preconstruction Manager
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (ground‑up and renovation)
  • Proficiency with Takeoff/Estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage teams
  • Strong negotiation skills


What You'll Get in Return

You will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000–$150,000 depending on seniority, along with comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and additional incentives.
