Job Type: Full-time Position Pay: $60,000–$80,000 base salary + performance bonuses Top performers can earn $70K–$90K+ annually We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and play a key role in winning new projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction who understands how projects are built, priced, and sold—and wants their performance to directly impact their income.
