Provide job cost estimates on large industrial projects that include construction from the ground up, additions, and/or renovations. Job sizes range from $4m to $20m. Can also perform PM work.
We are a construction manager, no self preform.
Able to read blueprints, specifications, and market prices to determine the required work, materials, and time of the project. Individual will also participate in project meetings, review schedules, and build relationships with subs, customers, and PM's.
Salary based on experience.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in Design/Build industrial construction.
