Multi-Family podium projects. Design/Build Long-span Parking Structures.
Detailed quantity Take-offs. Preparing complete project estimates. Preparing general conditions estimates Monitoring cost trends to detect over-runs and potential problem areas.
Participating in the value engineering process.
Developing, updating, and maintaining unit cost figures, estimating database (s). Interfacing with subcontractors, suppliers, upper management, operations personnel, clients, and potential clients.
Follow up on proposals, preconstruction activities and assisting in development of staff. Other duties as may be directed.
