As the Construction Inspector , you will: be responsible for the inspections of public improvement construction of streets, water, sewer, sidewalks, and drainage for compliance with local, state, and federal code, regulations and specifications. Minimum five (5) years of public works construction project experience. OR High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of college/trade school related to drafting, surveying, utility construction, or related technical curriculum. Minimum four (4) years of public works construction project experience. AND Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check. Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
