Construction Intern Apply
As a construction intern, you will work side by side with a Foreman or On-Site Supervisor to learn the construction management that happens on a construction site. When you are not working with a Foreman, you will be working as part of the crew doing Building Erection or Carpentry. This internship will provide you with great hands-on construction experience and provide insight to the construction management that occurs on site.
For first year interns, this will mostly be a labor position, with a couple opportunities to job shadow the operations in the office and sit in a couple jobsite meetings to experience the onsite construction management. For returning interns, you will get more experience with jobsite meetings, construction management experience, and shadowing/working with our operations team, while also performing labor on site. The rough estimate of breakdown is 70% of work will be in a labor role, 30% of work will be with operations and construction management.
