Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and performing various labor-intensive tasks as directed by foremen and supervisors. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for future construction activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or similar labor-intensive field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety guidelines.
