Perkins Coie, LLP—a leading international law firm—seeks a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. Locations: San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles. Responsibilities Litigate all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims. Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements. Participate in transactional work related to construction projects. Qualifications 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Experience litigating construction disputes and preparing or negotiating construction contracts. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills. Preferred: prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience. California Bar membership required. Benefits and Compensation California compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
