A growing civil engineering firm is looking for a construction manager for work on a 6-12 month contract project in New Orleans, LA. This position is set up to be a contract-to-hire after project work is complete.
As construction manager you will oversee capital projects and assist with the Facility Planning and Control Project Managers to guide subcontractors and provide project updates. You will assist with the design and budget development as well as timely project completion of infrastructure work.
Candidates should have a Bachelors degree with 5 years experience OR a HS diploma/GED with 10 years experience in construction management. Experience in vertical construction (multi-story), commercial, municipale/state buildings is required.
