Job Description Job Description Salary: Primary Responsibilities Plan and execute mechanical maintenance projects and provide maintenance support for plant equipment. Safely performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all plant mechanical equipment Support mill maintenance during downdays and outages and otherwise as needed Ability to cut and weld for fabrication Corrective and preventive maintenance problem resolution Ability to perform sprocket alignments, change various types of bearings, and ability to properly measure layouts Properly and safely rig heavy machinery components Job Qualifications A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position. Must have a mechanical aptitude and industrial mechanical experience, 3 years preferred Willing to work overtime and weekends with occasional travel to other company facilities High school diploma or equivalent Ability to grasp complex concepts and pay attention to detail Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Outstanding attendance record Verbal and written communication skills Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Behavioral Profile Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.
