Construction Monitor Apply
Potesta & Associates, Inc., a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm, is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Monitor to join our Morgantown, West Virginia office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects at various locations throughout West Virginia and the surrounding areas, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and performing daily construction monitoring services for various types of engineering projects including earthwork, concrete/foundations/pavement, site work, underground utilities, roadway construction, and land development.
- Assignments will include field observations, daily reports, materials testing/documentation, calculations, record drawings, and maintaining active communication with the Project Manager and/or Owner.
- Other assignments as directed.

Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience (NICET or WVTRET Certificate preferred).
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with safe driving history.
- Basic computer skills.
