Location: Salt Lake City, UT, 84103, United States Operations Manager – Construction Health & Safety Division Full‑time position. Work Monday–Friday remotely from a home office with travel, including some evening and weekend hours as needed. Candidates must reside in Nevada, Utah, Arizona or Colorado. Applicants must have an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license. Pay range: $83,000 – $89,000 annually based on relevant experience. Responsibilities Manage local and corporate client relationships, developing professional relationships that engender trust and respect. Promote company ethics and values. Lead and supervise full‑time, part‑time and contract clinic staff at multiple sites, including interviewing, selection, training, performance appraisal, goals setting and development of procedures. Assist with problem solving at sites and ensure proper use of electronic medical records. Maximize cash flow and volume, manage site budget setting process, monitor performance and ensure financial targets and objectives are met. Ensure accurate monthly financial billing and contract rate compliance. Maintain standard operating procedures in clinics and drive growth in clinic volumes and services. Develop relationships with client executives, supervising physicians and other local health care providers. Collaborate with corporate and client IT, HR, accounting and training functions to meet needs of each site. Coordinate supply and equipment needs and support training and development of staff. Institute and participate in regular staff and operations management team meetings. Qualifications 2–4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Working knowledge of workers’ compensation and occupational health and wellness. Ability to analyze budgets, monthly financials and identify variances. Strong operational skills, workflow redesign, and change management. Excellent communication, multitasking, prioritization and critical thinking skills. Strong ethics and unwavering integrity. Requirements Must have an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN or RN license. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across the United States.
