Construction & Procurement Administrator Apply
Cummings Properties is seeking a smart, diligent, hard-working, and caring Administrator to join our mission-driven team. This full-time, in-office position in a stimulating environment is ideal for a highly motivated professional. It offers opportunities to be involved in a wide range of projects, collaborate with team members from the purchasing, sustainability, construction, and accounting departments, and report directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate and approve utility, construction, and maintenance invoices.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and report generation.
- Develop spreadsheets and maintain databases.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not required.
- Resourcefulness to identify alternative, efficient and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Capability to take initiative, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Very detail-oriented with superior accuracy.
- Current or near-term residency in north-suburban Boston.
