This person will help in leading the Commercial Construction Accounting team by spending their time doing the following: 50 percent of their time handling billing functions and operations and processing AIA paperwork with backup required for contractors to get paid50 percent of their time communicating externally with project management teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholdersOf the 50 percent, this person will be taking time to sift through analytics to understand what to bill, change order management (being on top of this by consistently following up with the project managers) and handling collections.
