Job Description

NM&C has been providing general contracting and facility maintenance services to major clients nationwide since 2001. We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support renovation projects for national accounts. This role is office-based in Boynton Beach, FL and requires little to no travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop, update, and revise project schedules
  • Organize and document project meetings
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and keep related logs current
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and records
  • Track completion of punch list items and oversee project closeout paperwork
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities and acquire necessary resources
  • Process invoices from subcontractors and prepare monthly client billing
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support field staff and anticipate project needs for timely execution
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure seamless field operations
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, meeting notes, and photo documentation to communicate project status and next steps
  • Utilize project management systems and shared tools to organize files and track action items for multiple projects
  • Perform other duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general construction project coordination, administration, or management with interest in growing toward PM responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) as well as industry-standard construction software applications including Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective team player with a customer service mindset
  • Comfortable interacting with management, clients, and vendors
  • A solid work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
