We’re partnered with a civil construction client looking for a Project Manager to lead heavy highway and sitework projects from preconstruction through completion. Please note that candidates must have prior civil construction experience to be considered. Our client will consider supporting relocation for a candidate who fits the profile!

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end (budget, schedule, execution)
• Partner with Estimating & Superintendents
• Handle contracts, subcontracts, and cost tracking
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subs

Requirements

• 4+ years PM experience in heavy civil / earthwork
• Strong cost control and project tracking skills
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob, Agtek (or similar)
• AutoCAD / Trimble a plus
• Degree in Civil, Construction, or related (or equivalent experience)
