Are you a seasoned HIGH-RISE new construction project manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?
Join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of complex high-rise condominium and office tower projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project costs, schedules, and teams to ensure successful completion.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and financial analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Experienced new commercial construction PM with high-rise construction project management experience (Dealbreaker)
- Proven track record of successfully completing at least 5 high-rise projects from underground to turnkey
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- In-depth understanding of construction contracts, legal issues, and insurance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED certification
- Experience with preconstruction services
- Knowledge of estimating and bidding processes
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software
