One of Vallum's long term clients is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager for thie Industrial EPC team.As a firm they integrate Energy Solutions specializing in the development, design/build, O&M of Thermal Energy, Solar, District Energy, Combined Cycle Power Plants and Industrial projects.This role will suit someone from a Main Contractor environment, not a Utility, Client Side or Engineering Consultancy.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project ManagementMinimum 8 years in EPC or Heavy Industrial Project Management Experience running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and commercial management of EPC vendors through substantial completion and start of commercial operationsMonitoring and coordinating site construction activities, including startup and commissioningManagement of 3rd party permitting, engineering, and commissioning consultantsAbility to manage the resolution of engineering and construction-related issues from both a technical and commercial aspect
