Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, focusing on HVAC systems within K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of HVAC systems in K-12 facilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school districts, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- K-12 School project experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary Based on Experience: $120,000 - $150,000
- 10 vacation days to start and ultimately going to 12 days per year
- 5 sick days
