CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITYProject Manager – ConstructionCompany: A leading provider of nuclear services projectsCompensation: From $150,000/year + benefitsPosition SummaryAn industry-respected nuclear services provider is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in construction and leadership within regulated environments. This individual will oversee planning, execution, and closeout of technically complex projects while ensuring operational excellence, schedule adherence, and budget control. The role includes direct management of resources, subcontractors, and coordination with safety, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project execution from initiation to closeout with a focus on safety, schedule, and budgetDevelop and maintain cost and schedule forecastsCoordinate internal teams and external contractors/consultantsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration (engineering, safety, radiation protection, project controls)Manage subcontractor relationships and performanceProvide oversight and mentorship to project managers and assistantsConduct stakeholder meetings and status updatesDrive continual process improvement aligned with corporate goalsFoster and reinforce a strong Nuclear Safety Culture across all project phasesQualifications7+ years of construction project management experience with a track record of successful project deliveryDemonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in regulated or high-stakes environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementProven skills in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cost controlProficiency in project management software (P6 and Hard Dollar preferred)Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working in a nuclear facility or similar highly regulated environmentHigh ethical standards and accountabilityPreferred ExperienceDirect experience on nuclear projectsLeadership in environments with complex safety and compliance requirementsThis is a confidential search for individuals with demonstrated experience in delivering impactful infrastructure projects in sensitive and regulated environments.
