Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish, including accurate cost estimating, budget management, scheduling, and field coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationship with all contracted companies while ensuring all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects and field teams from start to finish
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bids, and contracts
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols are maintained
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, progress, and compliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, scopes of work, and construction methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $110,000 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. Your final salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow room for future growth.
