We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of custom home building and remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and plans using Buildertrend or similar project management software.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Prepare and submit daily logs, progress reports, and change orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries.
- Lead weekly project meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns from stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the custom home building or remodeling industry.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
