Team Qualifications (Requirements)
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Construction project management experience is welcomed if youre willing to learn a new process. If you meet all qualifications but have limited experience, we will invest in your training.
- Meet operational objectives in Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
- Write estimates using Xactimate.
- Confirm budgets and work orders before starting projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople.
- Self-motivated to achieve results
- Enjoys working with clients and tradespeople
