**Job Title: Project Manager - Hotel Renovations- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience Required.

DhillonCo.com a leading hospitality management firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the renovations of our branded hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, meeting brand standards, adhering to Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), and completing renovations within specified timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Planning and Execution:**

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Ensure adherence to brand standards and PIP requirements throughout the renovation process.

- Manage and coordinate all phases of the renovation projects, from concept to completion.

2. **Construction File Review:**

- Proficiently review and interpret construction files, architectural plans, and engineering drawings.

- Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

3. **Team Coordination and Communication:**

- Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Effectively communicate project goals, updates, and expectations to all stakeholders.

- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among team members.

4. **Vendor and Contractor Management:**

- Select and manage subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, and other specialized professionals.

- Oversee bidding processes and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

5. **Regulatory Compliance:**

- Work closely with city permit departments to obtain necessary approvals and permits for renovation projects.

- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

6. **Travel and On-Site Supervision:**

- Travel to various hotel locations to oversee on-site construction activities and address any challenges that may arise.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

7. **Deadline Management:**

- Implement effective project management techniques to meet or exceed project deadlines.

- Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in hotel renovations with a strong understanding of PIPs and brand standards.

- Ability to read and interpret construction files, architectural plans, and engineering drawings.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Previous experience working with subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, and city permit departments.

- Willingness to travel as required.
