Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Type: Full-Time M-F

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Location: Boone, NC

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in our Deck Division to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate crews, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality standards on residential and/or commercial builds. This role blends project oversight with customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
   

• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and code compliance
   

• Manage material orders, deliveries, and site logistics
   

• Supervise crew performance and enforce safety protocols
   

• Report progress to company leadership and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction/project management experience
   

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
   

• Familiar with estimating, scheduling, and permitting processes
   

• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, Excel)
   

• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
   

• Self-starter who can manage time and adapt on the fly
