Duties

- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Oversee project scheduling, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize software tools for project management and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with project financial plans.
- Maintain safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams effectively.
- Strong budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in financial management.
- Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment.
