**ROOFING AND SIDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Project Manager | Roofing & Siding | Cedar Lake, IN / Northwest Indiana

Our client is a well-regarded roofing and siding contractor with a strong presence across Northwest Indiana. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery — managing timelines, teams, client relationships, and quality from contract signing through final sign-off.

About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of operations, client service, and field leadership. As Project Manager, you'll be the central point of coordination for every project you own — working closely with field crews, estimators, and clients to ensure a seamless experience and a well-executed result.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of roofing and siding projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Manage crew and subcontractor scheduling, material procurement, and logistics

• Maintain ongoing client communication and manage expectations proactively

• Conduct regular site visits and quality control inspections

• Track budgets, change orders, and project documentation

• Collaborate with estimating and sales teams on project scoping and handoffs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Solid knowledge of roofing and siding systems, materials, and industry standards

• Valid driver's license required
