Construction Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Project Manager of Construction. Ideal candidates will be inspiring leaders who foster teamwork in the field and help maintain our reputation as a great place to work.

Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters.
  • Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables!
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and performance metrics.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
  • Driver's License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Construction Project Manager Compensation: Competitive salary, ranging from $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year, dependent on experience.
