Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the cost, schedule, and quality of assigned projects. The role involves cultivating strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders, managing the construction process, monitoring job costs and labor production, and actively participating in risk management. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, conducting weekly updates, and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, design partners, and stakeholders.
Manage construction processes, including client contracts, preconstruction, and bidding.
Oversee submittals, RFIs, purchases, and subcontractor issues.
Monitor job costs, labor production, and project cash flow.
Participate in risk management, including risk analysis and observation reports.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely updates and alignment.
Conduct recurring meetings to discuss project financials and address challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with frequent site visits.
