Granite State Glass is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Commercial & Contract Construction team. We’re looking for someone with a background in glass/glazing or construction, and at least two years of project management experience to help deliver high-quality commercial projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project
Manage all phases of project execution: planning, scheduling, procurement, and delivery
Oversee materials, labor coordination, and review shop drawings
Collaborate with architects, contractors, estimators, production staff, and field personnel
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and within scope
Proactively resolve issues and keep schedules on track
Prepare accurate billing documentation and monthly job cost reports
Maintain organized project records and communications
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
Build strong vendor and partner relationships
Report to the Vice President of the Contract Division
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of project management experience (Required)
2+ years in the glass/glazing or construction industry (Required)
Knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and window systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
(Partner-Pak or Glaziers Studio experience is a plus)Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Team player with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
Willingness to learn and grow through collaboration
Familiar with SOPs and committed to GSG and OSHA safety standards
Able to commute to Gilford, NH 03249 (Required)
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
8-hour shift
On-site work required
