Granite State Glass is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Commercial & Contract Construction team. We’re looking for someone with a background in glass/glazing or construction, and at least two years of project management experience to help deliver high-quality commercial projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project

• Manage all phases of project execution: planning, scheduling, procurement, and delivery

• Oversee materials, labor coordination, and review shop drawings

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, estimators, production staff, and field personnel

• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and within scope

• Proactively resolve issues and keep schedules on track

• Prepare accurate billing documentation and monthly job cost reports

• Maintain organized project records and communications

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors

• Build strong vendor and partner relationships

• Report to the Vice President of the Contract Division

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of project management experience (Required)

• 2+ years in the glass/glazing or construction industry (Required)

• Knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and window systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
  (Partner-Pak or Glaziers Studio experience is a plus)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Team player with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation

• Willingness to learn and grow through collaboration

• Familiar with SOPs and committed to GSG and OSHA safety standards

• Able to commute to Gilford, NH 03249 (Required)

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday to Friday

• 8-hour shift

• On-site work required
