They establish and maintain effective subcontractor relations, provide customer care to home‑buyers for high satisfaction, and safely manage the work site ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Responsibilities Manage construction process to result in a quality home, delivered on time and within budget. Function as primary management representative at assigned construction sites, including management of the construction process and all subcontractors. Maintain cost control at assigned sites, ensuring regulatory agency compliance and that the work site adheres to all governmental safety and environmental laws. Communicate with home‑buyers and the on‑site sales team as needed. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Design Studio to coordinate and problem‑solve across organizations. Support Land Development & Acquisition Development functions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or related field; or equivalent years of experience in Construction Management. At least 3 years of home‑building experience required.
