We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion.Responsibilities:Coordinate internal and external teams (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) for project delivery.Manage budgets, timelines, plans, and resources to ensure successful project execution.Track deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (administrative staff, workers, clients, etc.)Oversee contract development, negotiation, and administration.Secure necessary permits and licenses.Select, manage, and oversee workers.Implement and maintain quality control programs.Resolve project issues and concerns with stakeholders.Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities.Investigate construction site incidents and ensure proper procedures are followed.Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and other safety protocols.Complete additional assignments as directed.This is a great opportunity for someone who is a detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) 4% MatchDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Construction Project Mangement: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
