A growing owner’s representation and project management consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support its expanding portfolio of projects across Central New Jersey and the surrounding region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from planning and design through construction and final delivery.
• Act as the owner’s representative, managing architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and serve as the key point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Support design coordination, scope alignment, and value-driven decision-making.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and construction execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with client goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction, design, or project management.
• Experience managing projects across multiple phases (design through construction).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, education, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus.
