- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent , from an accredited University
- To be successful in this position, individuals must possess proven project management experience; readily display the ability to accurately understand detailed project requirements, have a track record for meeting or exceeding schedule and budgetary requirements, demonstrate a true understanding of constructability and sequencing, and enjoy the responsibility of developing and maintain longstanding client and vendor relations
- Experience: 7 years of experience in the management of apartments and commercial construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities
- Professional experience should include the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members
- Leadership: Must possess the skillset and competency to supervise and manage personnel of diverse skillsets
- Sage software experience helpful
