As a respected leader in the post-frame construction industry, we are growing and looking for a Project Manager who thrives on ownership, coordination, and seeing projects through from start to finish.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central driver of scope, schedule, and budget, working cross-functionally, and keeping complex construction projects moving forward with clarity and confidence.If you like solving real-world problems, coordinating multiple moving parts, and partnering closely with both office teams and field crews—this is a role where your impact will be visible every day.What You’ll DoAs a Project Manager, you’ll serve as the operational hub for multiple construction projects—ensuring plans turn into finished buildings safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction planning through field completion.Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.Collaborate closely with Sales, Preconstruction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Field Operations to ensure seamless execution.Plan and coordinate material production, transportation, and delivery schedules to job sites.Act as a key point of contact for construction crews, site leaders, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress, proactively resolve conflicts, and address field issues in real time.Track milestones, change orders, schedules, and KPIs using project management tools.Identify project risks early and work cross-functionally to implement mitigation strategies.Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on workflows, materials planning, and communication processes.What Success Looks Like in This RoleProjects stay on track—even when challenges arise.Field teams have what they need, when they need it.Communication between departments is clear and proactive.Problems are anticipated—not reacted to.You’re seen as a trusted partner across the organization.Required / Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in construction project management, coordination, or field operations support.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and materials logistics.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally with both office and field teams.Experience using project management and scheduling software (preferred).Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).Why Join FBi Buildings?We believe great buildings start with great people.
