Department Construction/Civil Engineering Compensation Full‑Time Salary Position (Exempt) Job Summary Lowe Engineers is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in construction management, client coordination, and team oversight within infrastructure or civil projects. Duties and Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre‑construction through completion and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project progress and address issues to maintain schedule and budget Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates Support business development efforts, including client meetings and proposal input Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in infrastructure or civil projects Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods Experience with scheduling and budgeting tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) Familiarity with local and state regulations and standards (e.g., GDOT preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and client management abilities Preferred Skills Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE preferred Experience with municipal or public‑sector projects Knowledge of construction inspection and field coordination practices Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Compensation, Benefits & Growth We offer competitive compensation, with salary determined based on each candidate’s skills and experience.
