We want people who are conscientious, reliable, and hungry. So, if you have experience as a Construction Project Manager and have successfully overseen multiple mid-to-large sized commercial and industrial projects, we should talk.Key Functions:Full Project EstimatingProduction Rates and crew size analysisSubcontractor solicitation and managementBudget DevelopmentNTP to key subcontractorsDocument distributionSchedule developmentKickoff meeting with superintendentPre-con meetingsRisk assessment and managementConstruction Phase ManagementSafety oversightMaterials ProcurementCompany equipment and tools managementPunch list managementPaperwork and claims managementWarranty ProcessRequired Education and ExperienceCompletion of a four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science and/or Civil Engineering, from an accredited post-secondary institution.Minimum of 5 years related experience (10+ preferred)Knowledge of project estimating, materials costing, and/or working with subcontractorsA valid, state issued and insurable drivers’ license.Additionally Required QualificationsLeadership SkillsCollaborative MindsetIntegrityExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skillsProactive Problem SolverAuthorized to work in the United StatesTravel Requirements: <15% within 300 miles of Spokane Valley, WAEEO StatementTW Clark Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
