Are you a Project Manager with residential experience and a background in HVAC or Electrical, looking to join a growing company where you can take ownership of projects and play a key role in the company’s success?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in the residential sector who are continuing to expand their residential project portfolio and are looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

The company operate across a range of residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Manager with strong technical knowledge to oversee projects from planning to completion.

In this role you will manage residential construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with field teams and senior management to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all stages of the project.

This role would suit a Project Manager or experienced construction professional with HVAC or Electrical knowledge who is looking to join a supportive company offering long-term stability, progression and strong benefits.

The Role:

• Manage residential construction projects from start to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site activities

The Candidate:

• Project Management experience
• Experience working on residential projects
• Background in HVAC or Electrical
