We have partnered with a general contractor in the Woodland Hills, CA area to provide them with a Construction Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:

#1. Must have at least 10yrs of Construction Management experience

#2. Must have a strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control and communication skills.

#3. Must have knowledge of concrete-construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing subcontractors.

#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:

• A four-year degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical education and relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction, including an understanding of construction documents, concrete materials and properties, formwork systems, equipment use, scheduling, and management of subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Prolog Manager software.
• Strong self-motivation, effective prioritization skills, and a commitment to integrity in getting the job done.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Other Key Requirements:

• 100% in the office
• Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
