Annual Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $112,000.00 Bonus Eligible up to 3% Important Please Read: Must have 3+ years of construction industry experience preferably in civic sector supporting commercial building and construction. The Proposal Coordinator plays an important role in developing, coordinating, and producing high-quality deliverables in support of Marketing and Branding/Creative Services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Construction Proposal Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and production of RFQ and RFP responses for project pursuits. This role maintains accurate Work in Progress data and Recently Completed Project data, preparing pursuit-specific lists and materials. Responsibilities include collecting, updating, and managing employee resume information and preparing tailored project resumes. The coordinator also gathers and maintains information for Project Information Sheets and prepares Project Splash Sheets. The position may require attending conferences and industry events to represent the firm. Additional responsibilities include assisting with proposal content such as narratives, graphics, infographics, site logistics plans, and photography, as well as helping the Sales Team access critical marketing data related to staff and project experience. The role supports data entry and management within the CRM system and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) along with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
