Key Results Area 1 – Elevate The Safety Culture & Lead the Safety Program: Duties & Responsibilities: Develop/Implement a Comprehensive Company Safety Program. Implement safety measures and procedures through Training of Team Members and Partners on the merits and required habits of a successful safety program. Monitor, Report and Correct Safety Habits for Team Members and Partners. Perform ongoing and regular safety audits and training at all company jobsites. Provide JHA, job hazard analysis reports, as needed- current & upcoming projects. Update Safety Program to meet company goals and requirements as required. Zero Injuries and Claims for Team Members and Partners. Key Results Area 2 – Monitor and Train Team on Regulations as they pertain to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other State and Federal Agencies: Duties & Responsibilities: Identify regulations that impact our field team members and develop programs and procedures to meet their requirements. Source, provide, & direct necessary training, and certifications necessary for compliance of Co. standards. Goal: Zero Regulatory Fines. Key Results Area 3 – Accident Investigation and Corrective Actions: Duties & Responsibilities: Investigate All Accidents and determine root causes and adjust policies and procedures to mitigate reoccurrences. Uncover “near miss” accidents and events and then determine root causes and adjust policies and procedures to mitigate reoccurrences. Key Results Area 4 – Supportive Role with Leadership and Management: Duties & Responsibilities: Work with other members of the management team to improve operations in the following areas: Leadership in completing all tasks required to achieve the company goal of safely providing custom historic restoration solutions to our clients. Assist production managers, in all fields, including: Scaffolding design & estimating, Power-line abatement, Material handling safety, Logistics- material/equipment- ideas & planning. Capital Equipment Utilization and Future equipment requirements. Solving our Clients Problem within the Budget (Time and Materials). Nurture the Relationship with our Clients.
