This is a full-time travelling position to various project sites around the country. Benefits include company truck, computer, cell phone, company provided housing and per diem while travelling, and 100% of health insurance for the employee and direct dependents. Must have construction safety experience, OSHA 30, and preferred experience with DOT management and fleet would be a bonus.

Safety Management

  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and standards
  • Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees, including drivers and equipment operators.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and drills to reinforce safety practices.
  • Investigate and maintain records of accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios.
