Construction Safety Manager 5 Our client, a leader in data center operations, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 5, you will be part of the Safety & Operations Department supporting large‑scale data center construction teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Boydton, VA, onsite with field audits and safety oversight at active Microsoft construction sites. Pay Range: $76.10 – $83.70 per hour What’s the Job? Review and manage safety compliance across active data center construction projects. Implement and reinforce safety measures that motivate crews and improve protocols, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to resolve safety‑related issues. Develop and oversee safety tracking systems, audits, and quality‑control documentation. Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to OSHA, BCSP, and Microsoft safety standards. What’s Needed? Minimum 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience in data center or large‑scale construction projects. Safety Certifications such as BCSP (CHST, CSP or equivalent). Strong computer proficiency, including Bluebeam and safety management/reporting tools. Excellent verbal communication, coaching ability, and strong attention to detail. Ability to work 100% onsite with frequent field audits and manage safety operations independently. What’s in it for me?
